Describe the bug

To get rid of deprecated notifications with 8.1 it is required to upgrade phpseclib to 2.0.37.

see: https://github.com/phpseclib/phpseclib/releases/tag/2.0.37

To Reproduce

Run Cacti 1.2.22 in combination with RRDProxy and PHP 8.1
