In Cacti 1.2.23, we are only creating Data Sources for multi-use Data Templates when they are in fact used by the Data Template. This leaves the Troubleshoot thinking that it's missing Data Sources with the legacy version of the Troubleshooter.
We need to accommodate both methods.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Create a Graph for Device I/O in the 1.2.23 version
Once the RRDfile is created and multiple RRD updates have been done, run the Debugger on one of the Graphs
Note that you get the following error:
Expected behavior
Cacti's Troubleshooter should accommodate both versions.

Describe the bug
