When using 'Remember me', session can still be forced to end unexpectedly

Describe the bug

It was reported by a user that they would be sitting on a page and would be randomly logged out after one hour.

To Reproduce

We were unable to reproduce, but after a code review, we found one minor code defect that could cause a logout under some undefined case.

Expected behavior

If remember me is enabled, cacti should never auto-logout a user.
