Host Mib Device package can cause errors with NetSNMP scripts

Describe the bug

Noticed an issue when testing HMIB plugin against the 1.2.24 templates that an error is generated when attempting to run those templates. This results in the script server crashing with cmd.php and not recovering.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Create some net-snmp devices and graphs

2. Add the HMIB plugin and add the Host Mib Device Package

3. For Graphs Creation using poller_graphs.php --force --debug

4. See errors in the Cacti log.
