When using Diff Viewer, rendering is not always correct under certain themes

Describe the bug

The Diff viewer that was introduced in Cacti 1.2.23 used default Diff.css files that doe not render well in the Darker themes and don't look like they were designed for Cacti. Improve them.

Expected behavior

Cacti Theme's that render better.
