When poller runtime is exceeded, time should be display as a rounded number

Describe the bug

When the poller runtime is exceeded by only a few seconds, we get this error:

WARNING: Cacti Polling Cycle Exceeded Poller Interval by 4.3453760147095 seconds

Expected behavior

Round that number.
