When viewing Orphan Graphs, SQL errors may be reported

Describe the bug

Cacti's orphan checking does not check for the orphan=1 setting in the table data_local which causes it to miss these orphaned Data Sources/Graphs.

Expected behavior

Cacti should catch both of these cases.
