The CakePHP core team is happy to announce the immediate availability of CakePHP 3.8.6. This is a maintenance release for the 3.8 branch that fixes several community reported issues.

- Microseconds are no longer dropped when creating
FrozenTimeinstances from other datetime objects.
- Improved API documentation and deprecated tags.
Time::__debugInfo()has been aligned with the implementation in
Http\Clientnow reads cookies from the correct subdomain when handling cross subdomain redirects.
- Dates before 1600 are now accepted by
FormHelper::dateTime()now correctly handles
emptyoptions that are incompletely defined arrays.
