create the uninstaller #4

some questions to solve:

should we remove the gems directory if there isn't any other version?
should we remove all jruby versions or just the version which the installer is for?
should we remove the "Current" version or link to the previous one when there are other previous versions installed?

[ UPDATE ]: There is a first version completely functional built as a package. For now is fine but there are better options.

  1. no
  2. just the version the installer installed, if possible
  3. link to previous one if exists

I create a first version as another package, but it's quite weird to have an installer to do uninstall. Hiro suggested to create an AppleScript application to do it.

I'm going to keep it open until decide what to do.
