Issue Summary
Auth page and admin pages (e.g: auth, logout, event-types, settings, availability) are indexed by search engine. It seems to be it seems to be an expected behaviour but it sounds strange.

Steps to Reproduce
- Go to admin pages (e.g: auth, logout, event-types, settings, availability)
- Check that the meta tag "robots" value is set to "index, follow"
- You can find cal.com instances by searching for "site:cal.com inurl:settings inurl:my-account" in Google search for example.
Instances and admin pages should not be accessible in search engines, only booking page should be when seo indexing is on.
Actual Results
- Admin and auth pages are accessible in search engines.
Expected Results
- Admin and auth pages must not be accessible in search engines for privacy reason, only booking pages should.
