ESline fails during local CI tasks

in my local development setup, i've started getting this ESlint issue from 2 days. i'm so frustrated, i've tried everything i can find on internet, every suggestions by AI, and all. deep cleaned all dependencies, cache, reinstalled everything, but still this error persists.

can anyone help me to resolve this??

System: Macos (ARM)

@romitg2 have you tried running the eslint manually, Is it failing manually also ??

@sahitya-chandra doesn't seems to fix by running manually.

just saw this PR #22903 most probably, it'll to fix the issue.

I took a fresh pull but still issue is reproducing for me.

Yes, the issue still persists @shaun-ak .
for time being i've just reset HEAD to some commits back (before Typescript upgrade PR) to work.
