ABOUT THIS FORK
---------------

The Project Cyrus download page (http://cyrusimap.web.cmu.edu/downloads.html)
says this:

The final version of IMSP server is 1.7b. No further releases of the
  IMSP server are planned.

This fork is not meant to add any functionality but instead to just
keep the code compiling on a modern GNU/Linux system. -David
