[Bug]: Color Picker in Edit Timeblock no longer working

Bug Description

Bug encountered on v4.8.0

Edit timeblock does not have ability to use GUI color picker like in previous versons, despite there being a dropdown icon, this icon is not clickable/does nothing.

Manual change of Color hex code still changes colour, but not GUI colour picker does not show up like before.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open Edit timeblock
2. Click colour picker hex dropdown arrow
3. button does not work

Thank you for reporting this. This should be resolved in release 4.9.0, so I am going to close this issue now.
