After an upgrade, remove files that do not exist in the new version #203

This was handled in WordPress by having a list of files to be removed. We should just look at the files in the wp-includes and wp-admin directory which are part of the upgrade zip and remove all other files.
Files in the root directory might require individual attention...

Too afraid of the unknown, so reverting to how good old WordPress cleared the removed files. will open an issue to investigate improvement in the future.
