Integrate server sanity checks with the WordPress 5.2 "health check" feature #233

In addition to the admin pages which display the information we are going to add a check once an install was completed, that will check that the relevant tests pass, and notify the admin if they don't. This check will be done periodically (once a month?).

The things we are going to test for are

  • Working rewrite rules
  • Working compression of generated HTML
  • Working cache suggestions
