Protect directories and files starting with a dot (.) from being accessed externally in htaccess #75

It is a unix and linux convention that files and directories which has a name starting with a dot are private. While it is more of a UX convention not enforced by actual file permissions checks, it is by convention indicates area which users should not access.

We are going to take the convention one step further and block access to those files and directories. This way for example we will make all people that just pull git directly to their site root much more protected.
