The cKanren library (found in ck.scm) imports Chez Scheme paramters. In order to use a different implementation of parameters, simply change that import to the library of your choice (one alternative is SRFI 39).
Here are some examples for using cKanren and miniKanren. These require that cKanren be in your current directory, or alternatively in your libdirs path (if your implementation supports such a feature). For instance, to use cKanren in your libdir with Chez Scheme:
mv cKanren /usr/lib/scheme/ scheme --libdirs ".:/usr/lib/scheme" --program my-minikanren-program.ss
mv cKanren /usr/lib/scheme/ export CHEZSCHEMELIBDIRS="$CHEZSCHEMELIBDIRS:/usr/lib/scheme" scheme --program my-minikanren-program.ss
Here are a few example files that use miniKanren and cKanren:
(library (foo) (export bar) (import (cKanren miniKanren) (cKanren mk) (cKanren tree-unify)) ;; your miniKanren code)
(library (baz) (export bar) (import (cKanren ck) (cKanren <constraints>) ...) ;; your cKanren code)
