Some improvements to Text Diff

This release has some minor improvements to the TextDiff control
Let me know if any problem installing!

I only built this and did not test the install but I assume everything will work.

Alpha Release of HSQL Sync features

This is just an alpha release of the new HSQL Sync features. Needs more explaining but at least the driver provider is included and the basic structure of the SQL Sync is available.
