To what extent is mapping something that should be done with the Terminology Service rather than with LinkML?

@gaurav Both! LinkML is the guts, and the terminology service just shows results.

I wouldn't read too deeply into some of these previous issues. These were based on some discussions / pre-existing issues w/ Harold and Dazhi, but there's not too much detail there.
