can.each doesn't work if elements is missing `hasOwnProperty` #1958

If the parameter passed to can.each is missing the hasOwnProperty method, can.each errors.

An example is sessionStorage in IE8.

Thanks, should keep a reference to Object.prototype.hasOwnProperty and use that.
