the CLA issue has been fixed now. Not sure what's going on with the read the docs one. If it's not reproducible locally, I suggest going ahead and merging it regardless. |

Not sure what happened with the CLA issue now, but I'm going to merge it as the 'read the docs' issue has been fixed. |

Description
The explanation landing page currently does not follow the standard Diátaxis structure.
Fixes #411
