CI: switch GA runners to Ubuntu 22.04
Using the
unbuffercommand from expect during test execution, to make it simulate a TTY/PTY (not natively supported on GA: actions/runner#241) and fix/run thetest_terminal.pytest.Checklist
make checksuccessfully.make check-coverage).
