Use 'put' to SFTP upload asset lists, since run commands have length restrictions #303

This uses the put command to upload lists of assets, instead of listing them within run commands.

I've tested it extensively and everything seems to be working fine, with no limits on number of assets.

I've changed the xargs to a while read loop. I've also released a tiny gem called dictionary_order_sort which sorts an array of strings with a 'dictionary sort' required by the comm command. Very simple code, but I like making things reusable :)
I've used that gem to sort in Ruby instead of using the linux sort command.

Thanks, master branch now works great with turbo-sprockets!

We should make :scp an option. I usually don't install an sftp server on my hosts.
