I have a tableview in a vertical splitview. The tableview is typically wider than its split and so it is displayed with a horizontal scroll bar. If the tableview is scrolled to the left, such that the right hand side of the tableview is fully visible and the unseen part is off to the left, a table column can be dragged out of the displayed tableview area, to the left, and over the other half of the splitview.

I think that there are two problems:
• there are no auto-scroll events being generated when the table column reaches the edge of the visible part of the scrollview
• the dragged table column view level is higher than the scrollview's visible area clip view, so its drawing is not being properly clipped.

There's a screen grab showing the problem here:

the clipping is corrected in the current master.
however, auto-scroll events are still missing (for both column dragging and row dragging)
