Currently the window frame is drawn as the background color of the window view, inside of which sits the content view. Although the content view is inset from the frame, it is square, and the window frame in rounded on the bottom corners.

Because the frame view is behind the content view, content in the content view can overlap the bottom corners. To see this, open the CPButtonTest app and resize the Continuous Button Test window until one of the buttons is sitting in the bottom right corner. If you zoom in on the screen, you will see the button overlapping the corner.

One possible solution is to have separate view for the frame with a transparent center, and give it a z index higher than the content view so that it clips the content view.
