CPComboBox popup list should close if mouse is clicked outside of the control #1859

In cocoa when the list is displayed, clicking the mouse anywhere outside of the list or textfield causes the list to close.

Currently the user can click anywhere and the list remains displayed. And as you can see by the sceen cap attached, the user can even drag the window around while the list remains in place.

Just to save someone from looking this up, I'm guessing it can be replicated in the Tests/Manual/CPComboBox test.
