Allow to set relativelinenumbers globally #472

I put set relativenumber in ~/.vimrc.after. When I start vim it initially uses relative line numbers (in the initial buffer). After opening another file in the buffer absolute line numbers are set again.

Would be nice, if we could set relative line numbers by default globally.

I believe you should do 'set nonumber' before doing 'set relativenumber'
I'm not sure if that would work (I'm away from my PC) but please try it and
report back.
