WinGit: Fix several regressions with the VB helper script

The changes in eec84b0 introduced several regressions:

    - The window icon is no longer set to the Git icon
    - The window title is a random name instead of "Git Bash"
    - Changes to the window properties can no longer be saved because the
dynamically created shortcut is automatically deleted

This commit fixes the above issues while maintaining compatibility with UNC
    paths. This is done by:

    - Specifying an icon location
    - Always using "Git Bash" instead of a random name
    - Not automatically deleting the shortcut from the temporary directory

The last two points should not be a problem as "CreateShortCut" does not
    overwrite but opens existing shortcuts.

Finally, the code was cleaned-up and simplified.

Perform a more elegant check for msys-1.0.dll's MD5

Revert the change to copy-files.sh done in 678125b that was meant to fix the
MD5 comparison done for msys-1.0.dll in /etc/profile, which was broken due
to the way the file path is written since 42a6098.

Instead, do not do a plain text comparison of MD5 sums, but let md5sum
resolve the file path and do the comparison itself.

Call InnoSetup with WINE if it is not executable

On Windows, all .exe files are executable automatically. So testing

    Fix building the CWD variable

CWD must not end in a slash because git cannot handle duplicate slashes in
    expressions like

    git --git-dir=$CWD/doc/git/html/.git

and CWD must not be empty, else tar will fail.

Some scripts require bash, e.g. for brace expansion

On MSYS, sh defaults to bash, but e.g. on Ubuntu, sh defaults to dash
which does not support brace expansion and $(()), so we need to be
    explicit.

Installer: Use BindImageEx to potentially speed-up loading of DLLs

We need to specify BIND_NO_BOUND_IMPORTS in order to avoid error 0xc0000005
"the application was unable to start correctly" when running "git.exe".
According to Daniel Kilma this is due to a problem between binaries created by
    GCC and the Windows loader.

The initial patch was provided by Cesar Eduardo Barros, additional fixes were
    done by Sebastian Schuberth.
