Script CAI_mods.sh is run periodically to monitor modifications in relations and their members. It takes as argument 3-char italian region acromym and generates html reports. Reports are links to achavi related changeset(s).
Script build_index.sh builds or updates html pages.
Period is set in CAI_mods.yml
Timespan is set in CAI_mods.sh
Relation tags are set in CAI_mods.sh (see curl line, TODO as arguments)
