This one is a little strange. Vagrant is a ruby command line tool but
the recommended distribution is a pkg (though you can also install it
as a gem). Since you have pkg support in your roadmap (presumably using
installer), I figured I'd submit this PR in case you see this type of
scenario as being an appropriate usage of brew-cask.

See #15 and #14. Also search for the various Virtual Box-related issues to see why we don't included those yet. tl;dr:

  • We don't support .pkg installation
  • Such an installation is hard to get right safely
  • We could possibly include this cask just like Virtual Box, on the premise that users must run the installer themselves.

@phinze What should be done for that one? I'd say do like virtualbox, at least that way we're consistent.

I'm with you. Until we have full support for pkgs, it's better to provide
part of the benefit than avoid these casks altogether.

There are also other casks that download .pkg files (WavTap and XQuartz). Ideally, after installing those casks, a message should appear on the terminal saying something like “This installation needs to be run manually, do something”.

@vitorgalvao That should be done through a caveat (which we don’t have support for yet?). I think there's an issue for that somewhere…
