Update coding-standards.md

ReSharper doesn't seem to deal with tabs vs. spaces, but some projects (Castle.Core in particular) have an .editorconfig file with the correct settings. But this file needs a corresponding extension to work.

The [EditorConfig](https://visualstudiogallery.msdn.microsoft.com/c8bccfe2-650c-4b42-bc5c-845e21f96328) extension allows the settings to be specified on a solution-by-solution (or project-by-project) basis.
