I used this:

find data/ -name '*.json' -print0 | xargs -0 -n1 sed -i -E 's/"(((LEG_|ARM_|FOOT_|HAND_)(EITHER|L|R))|(HEAD|TORSO|EYES|MOUTH|LEGS|ARMS|HANDS|FEET))/"\L\1/g'

And then restored data/json/body_parts.json because it addresses legacy IDs.
