Summary

SUMMARY: Content "Further update pipe gun craftings"

Purpose of change

Followup to #825 implementing some suggestions and ideas that came up in the process of updating pipe gun crafting.

Describe the solution

  1. Per suggestion in last PR, downgraded the need for fine screwdriving in pipe gun recipes (including blunderbuss) to regular screwdriving, as whatever is being screwed is probably something like a machine screw with a slotted head. Makeshift guns that still require fine sawing were left unchanged.
  2. Defined barrel lengths for blunderbuss.

Describe alternatives you've considered

  1. What next, blunderbuss in the style of a cap and ball revolver as advanced mechanics recipe, effectively a counterpart to the revolver shotgun?
  2. Along the way I noticed that pipe guns, and for that matter a lot of guns, have almost non-existent barrel volumes defined. Possible fodder for another follow-up to rebalance them, so that sawing down the barrel is actually useful again?
  3. Double blunderbuss removed for now. Making it more complicated to craft and having some feasible downside would perhaps allow its inclusion in the future.

Testing

Checked affected files for syntax and lint errors.

I'm not sure about the double blunder. It's a straight upgrade to single, there's no reason to ever craft the single one when you can get double. Also, you mixed up pilot light costs.
Rest is fine.

Whoops. Should I increase the cost, presumably using mechanics as a primary skill, or just remove it?

Remove for now.
If regular blunder is too weak or too crossbow-like, it could get a buff. 2blunder would be OK if it had a real downside compared to 1, but I don't know where does 1 stand now balance-wise.
