Add predict_proba for CatBoostClassifier in Java API

Currently only predict(...) is supported by the Java API, would it be possible to support the predict_proba(...) for the catboost classifier in Java as well?

I would also appreciate this feature. Or just return prediction_type="probability" in CatboostPredictions.

I will try to convince my boss to give me some time to look into it, but I don't think I will successful.

I usually do it by another wrapper classes. The bellow code is only working for binomial predictor to get the probability of 1-class

            CatBoostPredictions result = catBoostModel.predict(features.elements(), new String[0]);
            double rawValue = result.get(0, 0);
            return Math.exp(rawValue) / (1 + Math.exp(rawValue));
