Is it possible to add a checkbox next to the URL attribute to open the link on a new page.
I can do this by modifying the plugin file, but I would love to have that built-in instead.
My little hack comes undone after each update though.

Oh, and I can confirm that it works deliciously with Wordpress 4.1.

Great idea! I'll add this to the next release.

Awesome! I have one more for you, give me a bit to post it (I want to describe it properly).

I can confirm that it is working pretty good.

It remember your last preference (if you checked 'Open in new window') in one page or post.
It will remember that when you open/edit another post.
It is also remembering which post have the option on or off as well.
I did a quick edit of all my posts - opened one and checked it on, clicked on update, then edited my other post - only had to hit update since the checkbox was already checked and so on so forth with my other posts.

Thanks again for making this so easy!
