Downloading repository

  1. Download or clone this repository to your machine.
  2. Open stomata-light.Rproj in RStudio
  3. Install R packages

Running source code

Open r/run-all.R and execute.

Generating manuscript

Open ms/ms.Rnw and compile using RStudio.
