Prefered CSS minifier

What is cdnjs's prefered CSS minifier? Please add that info, will be useful.

We should probably have one for JS too (when a minified file isn't provided by the source of course).

We've been going with uglify for the preferred JS minifier which is listed
on step 4 here: https://github.com/cdnjs/cdnjs#pull-requests-steps

For CSS minification, that's still up for discussion
