Possible typo in source file ? #221

@Novhak

One of our teams have recently asked me to package up celery in RPM to be added to their deployment repo, however I found a problem with the packaging due to a possible typo ...
in the source you have a file /contrib/release/sphinx-to-rst.py containing the following line
#!/usr/bin/even/python

So when you try to package it as a rpm the build process adds "/usr/bin/even/python" to the "required" field thinking its an actual program, which in turn cause the installation to fail since no such program exists.
I have updated this file on my builds to use /usr/bin/python instead and that works fine, however I thought you might like to know.

Thanks! This tool was written by someone else, (maybe his name is even? :).

I changed it to /usr/bin/env python.

backported into release21-maint branch, which can be used to package a stable version of Celery.
