See discussion in #4685. This pull request:

  • Reverts the reversion of 8e6b2bf which introduced the Azure Block Blob backend.
  • Fixes the setup of Docker on Travis CI.

@auvipy could you please review this?

Remove custom docker install on Travis
Docker now has first class support on Travis so the custom apt-get
install instructions are no longer required and make the build fail.

For some reason the Red is integration rest is failing consistently but only on Python 3.5 - I'll investigate and update the PR.

yes the redis on is unrelated and its a common network failure. restarted the build. and your changes seems good
