Validator score stuck at 0.9999999999919

Expected Behavior

Validator score should increase 0.9999999999919 -> 0.9999999999927 etc

Current Behavior

Validator's AGx1 0x943e9a5c750adcc467575F4fE81bf6b1C3A2aeD7 score is not increasing for at least 3 days currently:
