osd: Check for and automatically repair object info soid during scrub #16052

Due to 9614ab5 we saw corruption of soid in the object info on the LRC cluster. Because all replicas were broken, repair was not going to be able to work.

This change just automatically finds and fixes the issue during any kind of scrub.

I've asked David G to run this on the LRC to test. It has been rebased on master.
