backport tracker: https://tracker.ceph.com/issues/42198

backport of #30715
parent tracker: https://tracker.ceph.com/issues/42177

this backport was staged using ceph-backport.sh version 15.0.0.6270
find the latest version at https://github.com/ceph/ceph/blob/master/src/script/ceph-backport.sh

We already skip objects we encounter that we do getattr() on and get
ENOENT, but sometimes the object is in our obc cache with exists=false.
Skip those too.
