use crushtool to simulate pg distribution for a specific pool #6004

@dachary this failure is due to the crushtool in master branch is changed from the hammer branch which I used to compile on. Now I have fixed it, compiled it successfully in my local env and tested already. Will you help to take a look?

This change is better made in the osdmaptool, which has similar --test-map-all-pgs and --test-map-pg functions. Simply add a --test-map-all-pool-pgs (or similar) function there.

I don't think we should put a mimicry of the ceph pg -> crush input calculation in the crush code (which is destined to fail.. among other things that mapping depends on pool properties like hashpspool)
