Make scrollbars themeable + add styles to default themes

It looks great! I don't know if it is possible to automatically hide scrollbars on mac depneding on system settings:

So, currently when it is "Automatically based on mouse or trackpad" system shows scrollbars only during scrolling in all applications, but after your change scrollbar in Cerebro window is always shown

I would need someone else to try and see if that is possible, the best I can do is research online (I do not own any macs). I'll look around a little.
