Make GCC search for non-base include directories on FreeBSD. #9

On FreeBSD, GCC only looks in directories of the base
system (/usr/include). We need to manually add /usr/local/include if we want
to be able to bind libraries installed by packages or ports.

Hey. Thanks for the patch. It's unfortunate that we don't have a test suite for grovel. What did you test this with?

I tested on Linux and FreeBSD 9, with SBCL 1.0.56 and 1.0.57.
