  • Don't just say that a route doesn't match, if the path matches but not the method be specific and say that.
  • If you do a POST to a wildcard route, say that wildcard routes only work with GET (which is true unless the setting has been changed by the developer). Include info for allowing POST and key with a note about the security risk and info about adding a .post() or using resources().

Removing milestone since (ideally) we won't be making any more changes to the code before release.

This now outputs:

Incorrect HTTP Verb for route
The foo/bar path does not allow GET requests, only POST requests. Ensure you are using the correct HTTP Verb and that your config/routes.cfm file is configured correctly.

If there are multiple verbs attached to that path, it will do a list, i.e
