This is the repository of analysis materials related to the publication:
Chan, H.-Y., Smidts, A., Schoots, V.C., Dietvorst, R.C., Boksem, M.A.S., Neural similarity at temporal lobe and cerebellum predicts out-of-sample preference and recall for video stimuli, NeuroImage (2019), doi: https://doi.org/10.1016/j.neuroimage.2019.04.076
In the script folder, you will find scripts used to produce analysis in the paper. The analysis begins with preprocessed data (i.e., normalized, smoothed and z-scored 4D volumes, segmented per stimulus per participant). Please contact the author (chan@rsm.nl) for the segmented 4D volumes (Study 1a: 4.2G; Study 1b: 2.9G; Study 2: 4.6G).
In the output folder, you will find the related output files.
Note that this repository contains only custom script for calculating neural similarity. For neural activation, standard software (SPM12) was used. Please contact the author (chan@rsm.nl) for output files associated with activation.
