per the wiki tab of this repo, the practitioner guides are among the content that is going to be fetched from other sources. There was also some discussion in #24 that may help. Id love learn if theres a way i can update #2 so that its more clear which pages are open to having their markup removed. Youre also welcome to join the CHAOSS Slack in the #community-infrastructure channel to chat about which pages youd like to take on |

This PR removes unused WordPress builder markup (
vc_row,vc_column, and related wrappers) from theabout-chaoss-practitioner-guides.mdpage while preserving the existing content and links.The page was compared against the live CHAOSS website to ensure that only unnecessary markup was removed and no visible content was lost. #2
