Self-PRing mostly because fuck it, better way to get feedback than just committing it.

This is stuff that @cddaDeoxy (assuming that's them on here) suggested ages ago. As in farthest ago I can find is back in august 2016.

Adds a few items:

  • Satchel of eternity. Yep, it's a bag of holding. Pretty much the first purely passive item added to the mod. Adds a hefty amount to carrying volume and weight, but wearing it also inflicts nether attention and teleportis. What did you expect, from what's basically a stablized portal stuffed into a pouch?
  • Druidic staff. Deoxy also suggested a magical repair item. For theme reasons I went with a smattering of materials that might vaguely count as natural. This means no snythetic materials or metals, but does include otherwise-irrepreable materials like stone or clay. Paper and leather I wasn't sure about, went with leather but not paper, but can change that if someone insists on it.
  • Orb of the veil. This was the idea Deoxy suggested back in august last year that started the discussion leading to this PR. Magic mapping artifact, that gives you a number of Fun side effects. Messed around with the debuffs and went with pain and a dose of nether attention. Pain and paralysis were proposed as the side-effects, which are still kinda short-term but the amount of pain suggested should last a decent while/

And a recipe book for them:

  • A Story in Shadow, arcana levels 8 to 10. Recipes in it also use the Sanguine Codex, The Cleansing Flame, and Oaths to the Chalice.

Finally, added some material copy-from trickery to allow druidic staff to actually repair bone, chitin, clay, stone, and wood. Basic repair kits don't use the repair_item action, hence why some of those materials didn't need a repair item to work. Stone and clay meanwhile can't be repaired in vanilla anyway. Already tested to ensure materials can use copy-from without breaking (seems to work so far), and that it doesn't affect the repair kit, resinous cord, etc.

Recipe for the orb is a lot higher in terms of skill demand than the example first sent to me, though lower in essence requirement. Unsure whether to keep it that way or not. :V

* New recipe book for high-level arcana
* Three new magic items made using said book.
* Tweaks to allow druidic staff to repair certain materials
* Added the relevent books to a few locations.
Alters effects of satchel and orb
* Re-adds the perception buff when wielding the orb of the veil, and
adds nether attention buildup to it as well
* Replaces the mutation chance on using the orb of the veil with the
originally-proposed three hits of pain.
* Removes radiation buildup from the satchel of eternity.
Unfuck materials
* Turns out I do in fact have to do it the hard way.
