TetraOrigin

Mathematica package for haplotype reconstruction in a full-sib tetraploid family.

##Getting started

  1. Clone in Desktop or Download ZIP.

  2. Set path to the folder "TetraOrigin_Packages", and then load the package. For example,

    SetDirectory["D:\\Chaozhi\\GitHub Clones\\TetraOrigin\\TetraOrigin_Packages"];
    Needs["TetraOrigin`"]
    SetDirectory[NotebookDirectory[]];
    
  3. Go through "TetraOrigin_Tutorial.nb" or "TetraOrigin_Example.nb" in the folder "TetraOrigin_Tutorial".
